Application Procedures
Applicants shall email the following documents to Private Foundation Services, Inc. at pfs@privatefoundationservices.com by the deadline of May 19, 2025:
Completed application
Copy of birth certificate or U.S. passport
Unofficial Transcript, including grades from the Spring 2025 semester
If your Spring 2025 transcript isn’t available by the deadline, go ahead and email the rest of your application documents. Then, forward your transcript as soon as you receive it.
Completed W-9 form
Personal Narrative (400 words or less) answering the following question:
Please describe your interest in and/or motivation for pursuing a career in science, mathematics, engineering and/or medicine. How is your academic career at Lubbock Christian University/Texas Tech University preparing you for that career path?
Note: Students must submit their application using their Texas Tech University or Lubbock Christian University student email address. Master of Science in Nursing students and Texas Tech School of Medicine students are not eligible to apply.
