Application Procedures
Applicants shall email the following documents to Private Foundation Services, Inc. at pfs@privatefoundationservices.com by the deadline of April 15, 2024:
Completed application
Copy of birth certificate or U.S. passport
Unofficial transcript
Completed W-9 form
Note: Students must submit their application using their Texas Tech University or Lubbock Christian University student email address. Students must also email an additional unofficial transcript to pfs@privatefoundationservices.com at the completion of the Spring, 2024 semester in order to verify eligibility.
